At Toppan Gravity we are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their IT requirements and future plans, providing innovative solutions and value-add propositions to fulfill their business objectives. Additionally, you will offer consultancy and assistance to address technical concerns related to our products and solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a highly motivated, international team spanning four continents.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to comprehensively understand their IT requirements and future plans.
- Provide innovative solutions and value-add propositions to customers, assisting them in meeting their business objectives.
- Offer help and consultancy to customers in addressing technical concerns regarding our products and solutions.
- Propose solutions and innovations to customers through presentations, demonstrations, or proof-of-concept initiatives.
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant pre-sales experience in system integration.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in system integration and implementation in Web-based and J2EE environments.
- Good knowledge of databases, object-oriented and web application concepts.
- Proficiency in JSP, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Web Services, HTML, AJAX, as well as in one or more of the following platforms: Unix, Win NT, and Linux.
- Exposure to J2EE, Web & Application Servers, Database Servers, Business Process Management, and Web Services (e.g., SOAP, WSDL) will be preferred.
- Confident and dynamic self-starter with excellent command of English, strong customer relationship management, and presentation skills.
